These terms cover use of scalemercer.com itself. Actual engagement terms — for the work the studio delivers — are negotiated and signed separately for each client.

About this site

scalemercer.com is the marketing site of Scale & Mercer Inc., a Toronto-based studio that builds revenue infrastructure for high-ticket service businesses. The site is informational. Browsing it does not create a client relationship.

Use of the site

You may read, share, and link to the site freely. You may not scrape it for resale, mirror it on another domain, or reuse its design, copy, or code in your own commercial work without written permission.

We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption or free of bugs. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or take down any part of the site at any time.

Intellectual property

The Scale & Mercer name, monogram, brand assets, copy, and the underlying design and code of this site are the property of Scale & Mercer Inc. The third-party brand marks shown in the partners strip and case studies remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to indicate tools and engagements; no endorsement is implied.

Engagement terms

Any work the studio undertakes for you — Operating System installation, Demand Engine ongoing operations, audits, advisory — is governed by a separate engagement agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of services binding on the studio. Pricing shown on packages.html is indicative; the actual scope and price of any engagement are confirmed in the signed agreement.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". Scale & Mercer Inc. is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. If you act on information found here without engaging the studio, you do so at your own risk.

The site links to third-party sites (case study client domains, hosting providers, brand asset sources). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
